we decided to go to las vegas a couple of weeks ago to watch our cougars. we witnessed the 52 point game. unreal. we love byu and basketball and jimmer. good luck tomorrow cougs! we believe!! on a side note...

new hair?
i'm really considering chopping my hair off.
every time i see jessica alba with her new effortless do
i feel like i need it.
although, i hate when i consider things like this
and follow through because there's just no chance in looking
as good as little miss alba. what do you think?
i need serious help because i never cut my hair short ever.
i mean i'm usually in the middle but it's pretty long right now.
before i go and make a huge move with my look i need some advice.
should this be my new hair?
not only do i love her hair but
love her on red carpet and around town.
perfect street style.

sundance
sundance was eventful. my brother in law shaun is always so nice to get us in to all these events and take us to some pretty fun parties.
the first night he got us all in to the snoop concert. lets just say it was pretty great. we all had fun but left early. us married people...
we met a few celebs.
trevor claimed i get way too star struck. maybe i do.
whatever...

oh don't worry we met the bachelor clan as well. i walked up like i knew them. however, i forgot i don't really know them i just have watched way too much t.v.

we had a good time at chefdance - except we are not your typical fine dining family.
shaun - who got us in to this ritzy business - is probably the worst with food. it was funny watching us all try to hold our breath as we scarfed down what we could - who knows what we were eating.

it's been a while.
it has been way too long since i have blogged last. soooo much has been going on. thanksgiving, christmas, valentines day. too bad i'm not very good at documenting our life. i'm getting better at it. anyways... here is what has been happening.
husband is also playing volleyball this year for byu. he started the season off well getting mvp in their first match of their tournament in santa barbara. way to go trev! so proud of him.
still supporting the dirty mustache. gross i know.
how cute is our little nephew jett. love him.
and last but not least. snoop kissed my mother in law!
she was lovin it. haha this was after the kiss.
this was a christmas night in our little apartment.
just enjoying hot cocoa, peppermint sticks, ghetto christmas decor and a husband with a dirty mustache. loved it.

taylor swift always gets me...tonight, while trevor was at the library finishing up homework,
i was folding laundry and cleaning up the apartment.
my i-pod was playing and taylor swift's song "mine" came on. my mind was flooding with memories of the past when i first met my love.
come onn... seriously, i was choking a little bit because not that i just realized but i'm always constantly reminded of how grateful i am that trevor and i are together forever.
as i was reflecting on the first day i met him i just got so twitterpated again.
i mean i was on cloud nine and gosh i still am.
i love these little constant reminders because life can get in the way and i can act a little spoiled to my husband and he just loves me. its ridiculous. he is the nicest person on the planet. no joke...
i got so lucky it's unreal.
taylor, you hit the spot for me tonight...
not only did she bring back exciting, and i will just say magical memories, (i know it is cheesy but it's seriously how i felt when i first met mr. neff... come onnn...) but she just reminded me of how grateful i am trevor's my husband. it was a long process,
but we made it mr. love of my life.
the best part of it is... he seriously has always been mine.
this guy has never broken my heart, left me, (except for the mission), or said an unkind thing to me. and i'm serious.
i honestly can't say that for myself but he can.
i love him to death and so thankful he is mine.

ok so my brother beau and his wife amber just had their fourth baby boy. how great is that. amber is such a cute mom and has the best/cutest little boys. i love my nieces and nephews. i seriously can't get enough of them. they all are soo funny and too cute i can hardly stand it. this family picture was at baby tytan's blessing.
it was such a beautiful day and so fun to be with the family.

23 already...
happy birthday to mee...
sorry to mention but it was my birthday yesterday and i'm 23. wow... where have all the years gone?
my birthday was filled with family, general conference, park city, relaxation and presents!
i know that i'm not old but i feel old. i feel like i need a baby in my belly... haha which sounds crazy but for some reason i have been wanting to start our family lately which probably won't happen soon because we are both in school and i just feel like i'm so close i need to finish strong. anyways... 23 makes me want to be a mommmy.
but i'm really enjoying the two of us...

and to be honest, don't think i'm ready to share him yet.
ok ok enough with the yearning to be a mom i have so much to be grateful for this year.
1. my new husband!
2. the temple!
3. family who comes to visit us often still.
4. living prophets
5. good friends
6. good recipes! that i'm learning to cook lately.
7. my harp of course... although i have a love/hate relationship with it at the moment.. it has brought so many blessings.
8. fall-pumpkins, pumpkin cookies/bread, witches, costumes, fall leaves etc...
9. our apartment that is close to campus.
10. riding bikes with the husband.
11. football! go bears! and byu...
12. my new ice blue kitchen aid
13. my history class... which i'm actually enjoying, surprisingly.
14. our new ward.
15. utah... love living in this beautiful state. mountains are gorgeous this time of year.
16. shopping...how could i forget? which actually can't do right now but love the hobby and can't seem to give it up yet..
17. not having to say goodbye at night to my husband.
18. my new last name... which isn't official but will be soon.
19. my new blog of course!
20. the fact that someone just doorbell ditched us with a whole plate of pumpkin chocolate chip cookies with a note that says "happy birthday jenna!" yaaa... i ate one before i could even get them in the kitchen. oops...
21. just watching tv/movie on the couch with the husband
22. definitely not making this list next year... running out of ideas
23. and last but not least my savior. best for last.
last weekend husband and i went on a hike up stuart falls just near sundance... it was so beautiful. i felt like i could breath again just being up in the mountains with all the beautiful fall leaves. not only did we go on a beautiful hike but as requested... by me... the husband made me pumpkin pancakes from trader joe's for breakfast. with the real yummy buttermilk syrup. it was a treat for sure.
